Happy Summer Girls

Hi Everyone!
Hope you're enjoying the Summer (well that is if you're in the Northern Atmosphere).
The DT is having a bit of a break during the month of July, so that's why we only have posts now and then. Today there's a card by Tina:

Tina has used what I think must be her favourite sheet of paper ever; 1933 from Maja Design's classic "Vintage Summer Basics" collection.
It'd seem the girls have been gathering some shells on the seashore...
A cute little butterfly is about to land on the delicious Prima cupcake.

Thanks for stopping by.
Summer Hugs to you all from
Tina & Sandy

♥ A Birthday Shaker Card ♥

Hello everybody!
Diana is here to show you my inspiration card for this week. This time I made a Birthday Shake Card for you. I love this type of card, but unfortunately I'm making this card much too rarely.
The paper I use are from the new Linnaeus Botanical Journal from Pion Design in 6x6 and the image is from Magnolia. The cute littel butterflys I cut out also from a new sheet.

To a Very Special Friend

Hello, crafty friends! It's Karen here. It's a busy holiday weekend in the United States, but I squeezed in some crafty time to share a card with you today. I am showcasing some of the newest Pion Design and Prima goodies.

I mentioned last week how beautiful the artwork is in Linnaeus Botanical Journal and today I am featuring one of the scenes from the Images sheet. I continue to adore the colors throughout the collection, including the green of my card base. It is the prettiest shade I've come across in quite some time.
Isn't it a lovely scene? Pion captured nature's beauty to perfection in Linnaeus Botanical Journal. Shabby White Frantage is sprinkled around the border, although in retrospect I may have preferred Aged Gold. The gorgeous butterfly fluttering on top is from Prima's Imago mulberry paper butterflies set. The designs are so pretty and I love the wooden bead body.
Prima's Shabby Chic Resin Treasures are always spectacular and their new Garden Fountain set does not disappoint. I accented the resin with Shabby White Frantage and gave it a pearly fountain. It rests atop the beautiful Shabby Rose Organza Trim and alongside the new Flatback Pearl String. The sentiment is from Pion's My Precious Daughter collection.
A Pion butterfly (from Shoreline Treasures) flutters above the Wild Orchid Crafts flower arrangement. The Chrysanthemum is surrounded by antique blue cherry blossoms, an apple blossom, a sweet blue rose tucked on the side, and a decoration berries spray.

Thank you for visiting LLC and I wish you a beautiful weekend! :o)

Hugs and blessings,
Karen
